The Penthouse is located on the 18th Tee of the Old Moray, 80m from 1st Tee of the New Moray Course, with the sandy west beach being just a 2 min walk away. A truly superb base, ideal for golfers.

Lossiemouth is just 35 min drive from Inverness airport and is well situated for playing other great golf courses in the Moray Firth area; such as Nairn or Castle Stuart. It’s perfect for touring the Highlands or for simply relaxing enjoying the fantastic views.

Lossiemouth is know for its stunning coastal location with a marina and 2 beaches, east and west, to enjoy family days out. It’s great for enjoying long summer evenings with a walk along the beach, beautiful sunsets, and watching the dolphins jump around in the Moray Firth from the beautiful balcony view.
